Terms and conditions

1. DEFINITIONS In these Terms and Conditions, the following words shall have the meanings set forth below:

   • "Account" means a registered account with Wezabet;
   • "Client" or "User" means an individual who has registered for an Account with Wezabet;
   • "Content" means all information, materials, data, text, images, audio, video, and software published on Wezabet's website or mobile application;
   • "Services" mean the provision of online gaming services, including but not limited to sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, and other related activities.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS By registering for an Account with Wezabet, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any amendments or updates thereto. The Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

3. AGE RESTRICTIONS Wezabet's Services are only available to individuals who are at least 18 years old (or the minimum age required by applicable law in the Client's jurisdiction). By registering for an Account with Wezabet, the Client represents that they meet this age requirement.

4. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION Wezabet collects and processes personal data from its Clients for the purpose of providing Services and communicating with them. Wezabet shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the collection, storage, and processing of personal data.

5. USE OF CONTENT The Client agrees not to reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, or create derivative works based on the Content without Wezabet's prior written consent. The Client acknowledges that the Content is owned by Wezabet or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws.

6. RESPONSIBILITY FOR PLAYING STYLE Wezabet encourages responsible gaming practices among its Clients. The Client agrees to use the Services in a responsible manner, including setting limits on their deposits and playing time.

7. DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAWAL TERMS The minimum deposit amount required for an Account with Wezabet is KES 100. Withdrawal requests are subject to review and approval by Wezabet. In certain circumstances, Wezabet may impose fees on withdrawals or require additional documentation from the Client.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through negotiation and mediation in accordance with the laws of Kenya. The Client agrees to submit any disputes to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Kenya Arbitration Centre.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any claims or disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be brought in the courts of Kenya.

10. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS Wezabet reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to its Clients. The Client agrees to regularly review these Terms and Conditions for any changes or updates thereto.

11. TERMINATION OF SERVICES Wezabet may terminate an Account with a Client at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice to the Client. In such event, Wezabet shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by the Client as a result of termination.

12. MISCELLANEOUS These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Wezabet and its Clients regarding the use of the Services. These Terms and Conditions supersede all prior agreements and understandings between Wezabet and its Clients.
